It’s no laughing matter: Use too much BOTOX, or put it in the wrong place, and you’ll have a face that looks faux instead of fresh. “BOTOX is for fine lines in drywall; fillers are for structural support of sagging walls,” says Dr. Andrew Kwak of Lumen Laser Center in Bryn Mawr. The good news is that there’s a lot that can be done with fillers. “It’s about using it artfully to change the shape of the face by lifting skin that’s shifting downward,” says Kwak.
