Well, not quite Hollywood — at least, not yet. But Radnor native Abbi Jacobson and pal Ilana Glazer have won over A-list actress/comedian Amy Poehler with Broad City, their online series about 20-something girlfriends running amok in New York City. After making a guest appearance on an episode, Poehler signed on as executive producer, enticing Comedy Central to pick up 10 episodes, which will run next year. broadcitytheshow.com, abbij.com.
