Mark Twain spent 20 summers in Elmira writing most of his famous novels. On the Elmira College campus, visit his study and view photos and memorabilia at the Mark Twain Exhibit in Hamilton Hall. 1 Park Place, (607) 735-1941, marktwaincountry.com.
