Pennsylvania Fall 2013 Travel: Woodloch Resort

Where to eat: Woodloch’s American Plan includes two or three copious family-style meals at the main lodge’s dining room, where guests are greeted by a line of smiling staff members, managers and owners nightly. For those not on a meal plan, the Grille Room offers salads, burgers, pizza, prime rib and more.

What to do: Numerous amenities and other distractions include an in-season beach with lake swimming and boating, golf, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, go-karts, bumper cars, a climbing wall, zip lines, an amusement center, and live theater performances.

Rainy-day fun: The fun at Woodloch changes daily. They include everything from fitness classes, movies and family game shows to cooking demos, magic acts and bumper cars.
