Come enjoy a day of the best blues music around—guaranteed to make you leave your seat. Elwood Blues and his Bluesmobile will be in the middle of it all; you can even hop in and get your picture taken. And that’s just part of what’s happening at the Blues Fest. There’s lots more.
We’re on a Mission…
When you come to the Paoli Blues Fest, you’ll find that it’s more than a concert. We have more than 100 vendors, the Malvern Federal Bank KidZone, an iRadioPhilly.com live remote broadcast of the entire concert, dancing (literally) in the street, dog treats, face painting and food … lots of food! And here’s the best part: It’s all free!
OK, Not Totally Free…
Bring Food! Earn your free admission by bringing nonperishable food items for the Chester County Food Bank. About 12,000-14,000 music lovers of all ages attended last year, and we’re hoping this year’s crowd will fill two trucks. Look for the collection boxes at the entrances.
You Don’t Need a Bluesmobile to get to the Blues Fest…
The Blues Fest and Street Fair is right across the street from the Paoli Train Station at the Paoli Village Shoppes (41 Paoli Plaza). If you do drive, there’s lots of free parking within walking distance. Signs will show you the way, or visit paolibluesfest.com for directions.
But Wait! There’s More…
When the live music is over, visit one our local watering holes as part of the first-ever Blues Pub Crawl. Make the rounds in a van version of the Bluesmobile and enjoy special hospitality at Great American Pub, Redhound Grille, McKenzie Brew House and Baxter’s. $15/person or $25/couple. Get more details and order your tickets at paolibluesfest.com.
And think about staying overnight, or for the whole weekend. The Bluesmobile van will make stops at many nearby hotels.
