This year, Pepperoncini Restaurant & Bar celebrates its 10th year of serving traditional Italian cuisine at its cozy neighborhood location in Conshohocken. 

One thing chef-owner Paul DiBona has found the most satisfying is the number of people who seek to recreate the Pepperoncini atmosphere at their home or event. “After each catering event, we find that we’ll get three to four additional clients,“ says DiBona. “We really try to bring the restaurant to you, and make it an authentic experience.”

DiBona personally handles catering orders and the presentation. “I view catering as an opportunity to do something special for the client and make a great first impression on the guests, who may have never dined at the restaurant,” he says.
