Tucked into the Normandy Farm complex, this rustic-chic eatery  snagged gold when it hired executive pastry chef Sam Nahhas. A competitor in the 2005 World Pastry Cup, he’s an accomplished architect of whimsical presentations that incorporate painted crèmes, whips and crystallized sugars.
