Importing an assortment of raw oysters every day, chef Jeffrey Power has brought some serious culinary energy to the sleepy town of Ambler. But it’s his house staple—typically built on a base of Cape May Salt oysters—that keeps us coming back. Crowned with a scoop of icy granita crafted with Kaffir lime and blackpepper, a dozen is the way to go—but sometimes that’s just not enough.
