Everything about Split Rail is quite remarkable—albeit in a low-key way. The bar space boasts reclaimed wood, ceiling-high mirrors, and intriguing lighting scheme. The beer selection as much of an attraction as the satisfying, locally focused menu, highlights of which include a luscious rabbit ragout and the deservingly popular pickle-brined fried chicken.
