This well-appointed restaurant’s impressive output comes with a decidedly unique twist. A surprising touches of mint and tamarind dot the dahi-vada lentil fritter, while the slow-cooked lamb pepper fry is made more mysterious with a dash of cardamom. Seating is comfortable amid muted colors and bright accents. Newbies should try the generous chef’s tasting—and remember to BYOB.
