Best Blue Cheese: Valley Milkhouse

Voted one of Zagat’s “30 Under 30” last year, cheesemaker Stefanie Angstadt operates her creamery, out of a historic dairy barn, churning out fine cheeses, butter and yogurt following European craft traditions. One of the best is the Blue Bell, a tangy, semi-firm blue aged for more than two months.
