Please follow these voting guidelines:

• To vote, you must be a physician licensed in Pennsylvania. Patients and nurses and other medical professionals are not eligible to vote.
• You may nominate up to three physicians per category. You cannot nominate yourself.
• Nominees must practice in Chester, Montgomery or Delaware counties.
• Nominations must include contact information so credentials can be confirmed.
• Ballots without contact information will not be counted. (Ballot information is strictly confidential.)
