The scoop: First established in 1852, the historic Hotel Fauchère began welcoming guests again in the summer of 2006,
following a five-year restoration.
Amenities: Flat-screen TVs, complimentary wine and locally made chocolates, Frette linens, Kiehl’s bath items, a “guests only” back porch, wireless Internet access, iPod audio docking systems.
