Located in the Catskill Mountains in the heart of the Hudson Valley, A Tiny House Resort is big on unique experiences, including a full menu of spa services. Its 15 diminutive accommodations sit on 40 wooded acres atop a cliff overlooking scenic Catskill Creek. Lots of windows make each home bright and airy while taking full advantage of the surrounding views. You’re welcome to gather eggs from the free-range chickens roaming the property—a half dozen per home is complimentary. You can also pick your own fruits and veggies from the property’s gardens. If you prefer to have someone else do the cooking, the resort has a food truck that serves breakfast (in bed, if you request it) and casual dinner fare. Three nights a week, it dispenses treats like fresh popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones to accompany live music.

Stay and play: You don’t have to leave the resort to enjoy a full vacation experience. Your overnight stay includes a heated pool, kayaking, tubing, a resting raft on the creek, hiking, goat yoga, fishing and other outdoor activities.
