A sea of white blanketed the night from Broad Street to City Hall.
You wouldn’t believe it if you didn’t see it with your own two eyes. Members of the Main Line Today staff were extended the exclusive invitation to Thursday’s Diner en Blanc in Philadelphia. The ultra-chic pop-up picnic took place on Broad Street just outside of the Kimmel Center, all the way up to City Hall.
