Fall StrEAT Food Festival
Sept. 14, 5-10 p.m., Manayunk

More than 50 of the region’s tastiest food trucks and restaurants will line Manayunk’s historic Main Street as the neighborhood kicks off Restaurant Week, running from Sept. 15-28.

OktoBEARfest at the Philadelphia Zoo
Sept. 16, Philadelphia

Head to the Philadelphia Zoo for its inaugural take on Oktoberfest. There will be over 100 beers to sample, food trucks, live music, games and, of course, admission to the zoo.

Archaeology Festival
Sept. 16, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Glen Mills

Visitors can work with professional archaeologists, assist with excavations and see artifact displays from around Delaware County at the Newlin Grist Mill’s Archaeology Festival.

On Hallowed Ground: The Battle of the Brandywine 2017
Sept. 16, West Chester

This restaurant and food truck festival offers fun for the whole family, including balloon animals and face painting for the kids and wine and beer for the adults.

Chester County Restaurant Festival
Sept. 17, 12-5:30 p.m., West Chester

More than 60 restaurants and 100 arts and crafts vendors from throughout Chester County will come together along Gay and Market streets in downtown West Chester for this can’t-miss culinary celebration.
