Head to Conshohocken for shore food—without the traffic.

Celebrate summer Stella Blu style with a special lobster menu, available every Thursday through Saturday. Succulent lobster specials make that trip to the shore (and the traffic that goes with it) totally optional; just head to Conshy for your fix!

The mouth-watering array of lobster dishes ranges from appetizers to entrees, and some are even designed for sharing—if you’re feeling generous. A carefully crafted cocktail has also been designed to complement each dish on the special menu. We’ve got a sneak peek at what’s in store:

Appetizers/Small Plates

Butter poached lobster, sauteed with yellow and red tomatoes, fresh basil ($14)

Seasonal gazpacho, garnished with lobster meat and basil oil ($11)

Lobster and watercress Salad, with red onion, fennel and sun-dried tomatoes, in dill mustard vinaigrette ($14)

Fresh pappardelle pasta with lobster meat, served with grape tomato, asparagus, peas, spinach in a pinot grigio wine sauce, topped with a Grana Padano cheese ($28)

6 oz. cold water lobster tail fra diablo, with mussels, shrimp, calamari, Italian long hot pepper, spaghetti in spicy red sauce ($32)

Grilled surf n’ turf: 3 oz. filet, 6 oz. lobster tail with herb mashed potato, asparagus, spicy oil and basil oil ($32)
