At 10 one-of-a-kind Once Upon a Nation benches are scattered throughout Philadelphia’s Historic District, specially trained storytellers share five-minute tales. Children who collect a star from every storyteller get a History Hero Certificate and a free carousel ride on the Parx Liberty Carousel.

4. Eagleview Summer Concerts

5. Canoe with Perks at the John James Audubon Center
