Associate broker Jeffrey B. Dowd has over 15 years of experience in the industrial, retail and office-space market. His main area of focus is Delaware and Chester counties, where he has an extensive background in commercial real estate sales and leasing. In 2000, Jeff began his career in commercial real estate with Joseph Zommick, who later merged with John McMahon. During Jeff’s career with Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate, Inc., he served as Senior Sales Person and has participated in virtually every aspect of real estate, including strategic planning, marketing and negotiating. Jeff has sold and leased numerous multimillion-dollar transactions in Delaware and Chester counties.
