A new tasting room with seasonal offerings, the Berwyn Farmers’ Market and more add color to the Main Line region’s dining scene.

Nearly hidden amid a smattering of restaurants and shops in Ardmore, the latest Manatawny Still Works tasting room embodies the adventurous spirit of what a great cocktail lounge should be. Mixologist Jennifer Sabatino crafts superb seasonal offerings with names like Gimme More, Corpse Reviver 2 and Be My Druidess that add to the quirky allure. The Pottstown distillery’s first-class small-batch liquor provides the backbone.

Manatawny’s Apple Brandy, High Street Vodka and American Gold Rum are among its more popular spirits. Recent additions include gin finished in port barrels, a three-year select four-grain whiskey finished in cherry brandy and vermouth barrels, and an eighth-anniversary whiskey made with 100% Pennsylvania grain. Note: The tasting room is a bring-your-own-food establishment. 49 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore, (215) 282-9696.

More Nibbles: A fire broke out this past April at the new Sophie’s BBQ/Four Birds Distilling Company location in Havertown. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and the cause was under investigation at press time. Sophie’s owner Greg Herman says it will take as many as five months to recover. … Named after the nearby Blue Route off-ramp, Exit 13 Gastrobar recently debuted at the former Garrett Hill Pizza location. The space has a full bar and a funky vibe, with Vespa scooters as stools—and the pizza is still great. … This summer through October, look for the new Berwyn Farmers’ Market every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the plaza by Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream. Plans include live music, rotating artisans and over 20 gourmet food stalls.
