Mike “NeckBone” Harmon is an award-winning airbrush artist whose true passion is tattooing. Originally from Southern California, the US Navy veteran owned a T-shirt and airbrushing shop in Virginia Beach for a number of years before moving with his family to Delaware County. He opened NeckBone Ink Tattoo & Gallery in 2018, where he and artist colleagues Jose Carire and Savannah Harmon (Mike’s daughter) specialize in a wide range of tattooing styles in a highly professional environment. They also offer painting commissions and archival art prints.
