For three decades, restaurateurs Dr. Win and Mrs. Sutida Somboonsong have been a culinary powerhouse on the Main Line. WIN Signature Restaurants has now grown into a multi-concept group of five independent restaurants with a team that’s more than 200 people strong. Their newest venture, The Blue Elephant, was designed by their daughter, Ms. Pearl Somboonsong, who graduated from Cornell University’s hospitality program. Ms. Somboonsong is now overseeing all operations at WIN Signature Restaurants and leads the way for new concept development and openings. Together, this family and their dedicated team continue to deliver an innovative twist on Asian fusion dishes and create spaces that bring people together to celebrate.
