Brick & Brew partners are pleased to announce the opening of Pat & Bob’s Rooftop Lounge in Havertown. “We knew the community would be excited about Havertown’s first rooftop lounge,” Gabriella Kelly, Brick & Brew’s marketing director. “We wanted to make sure we honored everyone’s expectations while still providing a unique experience true to the Brick & Brew way.”
Entering through the restaurant’s main entrance, guests climb the stairs to an intriguing speakeasy space with a well-executed gardenscape. The vibe is cozy, contemporary and comfortable, with low-key live music, attentive service and a subtle energy. Seating options include black-cushioned conversation pits, tables, and modern white scoop chairs. Snacks include house-made hummus, a unique play on deviled eggs, a soft pretzel with beer mustard and cheese fondue, and a charcuterie board with a selection of artisan meats and cheeses.
With its deep purple tones and warm string lighting, the six-seat bar features a rotating selection of draft beer and an excellent wine list. It’s also the perfect perch for watching Brick & Brew’s trained mixologists working on their latest pour. Highlights include the Diamond Dust, a sweet-tart blend of lemon, honey and Gray Whale Gin, with a swipe of golden natural bee pollen on the rim of the glass. Also exquisite was the Fidelio, with house-aged añejo tequila and a hint of the toasty-sweet Asian spice togarashi.
Brick & Brew plans to host a series of unique events throughout the fall season. Including a Maker’s Mark Release Party on September 28th featuring their new Private Selection Bourbon with a Banana Nut Flavor Profile. Plus, Comedy Night on October 12th with headliner and Delco Native Pat House. You can purchase tickets for either event here.
