Yangming Hosts a Tasting in Support of Alex’s Lemonade Stand

The event will feature lemony dishes from chefs across the Main Line.

This Sunday, April 24, Yangming hosts A Taste of Lemon, benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand, which raises awareness and funds to help children with cancer. The event will provide attendees a unique tasting dinner prepared by some of the area’s best chefs, with a special focus on lemons.

Some of the area’s top chefs—including Nectar’s chef Patrick Feury, chef Loic Barnieu from La Belle Epoque, chef Keith Thomas of Sola BYOB, The Plough & the Stars‘ vegan chef Lenka Zivkovic and chefs Vince Viola and Muyang Shen from Yangming—will prepare the cuisine. Each dish, from appetizer to dessert, will be creatively laced with lemon and accompanied by wines and lemon-kissed cocktails from Majestic Wine & Spirits/Delaware Valley Culinary and Sommelier Society and local craft beers from Conshohocken Brewing Company.

“I am overwhelmed that these great area chefs have come together to make this Yangming charity event possible. Each one is a master of the kitchen arts, and their generosity of time and efforts is extraordinary,” says event host and Yangming owner Michael Wei. “The donations from our various purveyors have really warmed my heart. Alex’s Lemonade Stand is the motivation and lemons are the main theme.” Take a look at the menu below.
