Welcome a brand-new year in delicious company at Villanova’s Azie on Main and Azie in Media. On New Year’s Eve, both restaurants will be offering their a la carte menus in addition to holiday-inspired specials during open seating from 5–10 p.m.

Media: Order from Azie’s a la carte menu, or choose from Chef Kaz’s special New Year’s Eve additions: crab chowder with baby Portobello mushroom and stuffed crab Rockefeller; seafood cocktail with king crab, shrimp, oyster, apple horseradish and herb oil; aged Australian A3 Wagyu New York strip steak with zucchini pasta, roasted almond, Pecorino Romano and truffle salt; and bombe Alaska—raspberry sorbet, vanilla bourbon ice cream and hazelnut sponge cake with hot chocolate sauce. Villanova: In addition to Azie on Main’s a la carte menu, Chef Ricardo Franco will be ringing in 2015 with specials to include oxtail consommé with Kobe beef wontons; king crab roll with avocado, masago and spicy mayo in a soy wrapper; surf and turf—braised Kobe with a lobster, crab, scallop and shrimp chowder; and triple chocolate mousse with caramel sauce. You’ll also find plenty more to celebrate this season at Azie’s with its bevy of new brunch, lunch and bar offerings:

  • Drink up at the make-it-yourself Bloody Mary bar at Azie on Main. Choose from a selection of eight mixes and more than a dozen toppings, including jumbo shrimp cocktail, bleu cheese and jalapeño stuffed olives, gherkins and pepperoncinis.
  • Azie on Main’s new Sunday brunch buffet includes an omelet station, blueberry Belgian crepes, French toast, Japanese fried chicken, shrimp cocktail, filet with mushroom demi, a complimentary glass of champagne and more. Sunday brunch is offered from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  • The new lunch menu at Azie on Main offers up a Mandarin salad; foie gras sushi; steamed pork dumplings; fish tacos; shrimp fried rice; an 8 oz. Kobe burger topped with onion rings, wasabi aioli and truffled fries; sushi rolls, sashimi, and combo sets; and other delights.
  • Azie in Media has just rolled out its new bar menu, featuring sushi, finger food, sake and cocktails. The location is also introducing a new music program every Tuesday from 5–8 p.m. Head to State Street and enjoy the jazzy sounds of the Santucci Trio in Azie’s cozy lounge.
