After filling up with a hearty breakfast, walk down to Lock Street and hop on the start of the towpath, which stretches for almost two miles along the Manayunk Canal and part of the Schuykill River. Runners, cyclists and walkers are treated to views of old textile mills, the Venice Island Performing Arts Center, various murals and art installations.
