West Chester’s Vera Pasta, a from-scratch, hand-made pasta purveyor notorious for rocking the local farmers market circuit, announces the debut of its own brick and mortar location.
Situated just outside downtown West Chester, at 319 Westtown Rd., Suite K, the artisan shop is open Mondays through Fridays for pick-up, walk-ins and carry-out catering. Owner and chef Joe D’Andrea’s inventory varies per week, stocking a mix of fresh pastas (pappardelle, tagliatelle, gemelli, tomato basil linguine, etc.), different types of gnocchi, seasonally stuffed ravioli, regional sauces, and more.
Vera Pasta will continue to vend at area-wide farmers markets on weekends. Better yet, D’Andrea will soon partner with Chester County’s Cuisine to Go for door-to-door delivery. Visit verapasta.com.
