Eagleview Town Center in Exton is already home to some great dining options, like Brickside Grille and Nudy’s Cafe. Three new restaurants will join them, opening this fall.
Justin Weathers, an alum of Starr Restaurants and Cescaphe Catering Group, and Joe Monnich, former executive chef at Parc, will bring both Bella Vista and Al Pastor to Eagleview.
Bella Vista will be a rustic osteria, serving wine and simple food, including artisan pizzas, paninis, handmade pasta, salads and Italian meats and cheeses. The wines by the glass will represent different regions throughout Italy. Traditional Italian cocktails and amaros will be showcased at the bar, as well.
Al Pastor will bring the flavors of central Mexico to the Main Line, including spit-roasted meats, handmade tortillas, fresh ceviches, tableside guacamole and shareable plates. The bar will center around tequilas and mescals.
The third restaurant will be Suburban—a farm-focused beer garden—with details still elusive, but sure to come.
