Gifts Galore.
The Shipley School hosts its annual shopping extravaganza Oct. 20-22. More than 40 retailers from across the country will be participating in the Shipley Shops fundraising effort, donating a portion of the proceeds back to the school. A number of local retailers are new to the event this year, including Waltzing Matilda (Wayne), Sara Campbell (Bryn Mawr and Chestnut Hill) and Patricia Adams (Haverford).

Anthropologie is coming to King of Prussia Mall this month as part of its $250 million expansion project. And Beauty emporium Bluemercury has opened its third Main Line location in Bryn Mawr Village, offering high-end skincare (La Mer, SkinCeuticals, Perricone MD) and makeup (Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, YSL). There’s also a full-service spa.
