Hightail it into the weekend with Bunny Yoga and Hoppy Hour, a benefit for rabbit rescue Luv-N-Bunns. Rabbits roaming the studio are available for adoption. 6:30-8 p.m., $25 donation, registration required.

Run-a-Muck & Countryside Bash

10/19, Berwyn

Tackle the cross-country 5K or slog through a mile of mud at Willistown Conservation Trust’s Run-a-Muck & Countryside Bash, featuring Jimmy’s BBQ, live music from the Hetzel Brothers, a pet parade, a bonfire and even a mechanical bull.  

Monster Mash 5K Dash and Kids’ Spooky Sprint

10/20, Kennett Square

Get scared smart at the Kennett Education Foundation’s Monster Mash 5K Dash and Kids’ Spooky Sprint. 4:45 p.m. 

JFCS Wellness Fest

10/25, Bala Cynwyd

The JFCS Wellness Fest features holistic healthcare with Dr. Jenn Simmons, workout sessions with Barry’s Bootcamp, Reiki, art and more. Proceeds benefit Jewish Family Child Services’ mental health programs and services. 10 a.m.-3 p.m., $50/person, Brodsky Enrichment Center.

Mushroom Cap Half Marathon

11/2, Kennett Square

This half marathon takes runners through quaint Kennett Square. Events also include sunrise yoga, a two-person relay and a one-mile walk, all to benefit Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children. The Finish Line Festival’s daylong bash includes beer, food, live music and kids’ activities.

Full Moon Kundalini Yoga and Sacred Sound Healing Journey

11/15, Berwyn

A two-hour experience led by Village Wellness founder Lance Isakov, Full Moon Kundalini Yoga and Sacred Sound Healing Journey includes stretching, breath work and meditating to the sound of gongs. 7-9 p.m., $25, registration required. 

Lifting your V.O.I.C.E.

11/16, Malvern

Led by NBC10 anchor Tracy Davidson and motivational speaker Jen Croneberger, Lifting Your V.O.I.C.E. is daylong women’s retreat focused on confidence building, creating positivity and finding your power. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County.
