Led by NBC10 anchor Tracy Davidson and motivational speaker Jen Croneberger, Lifting Your V.O.I.C.E. is full-day women’s retreat focused on confidence building, creating positivity and finding your power. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County.

Bro-Down Throwdown

Crossfit kings will be crowned at the Bro-Down Throwdown. A competition for teams of two, the event features RX and scaled divisions for people of different experience levels. Cash prizes and swag bags will be awarded to the top teams—and there will be a prize for best beard or facial hair.

12th Annual Seven Summits Therapy 5K Turkey Trot and Children’s Fun Run

Help Hope Live coordinates fundraisers to help patients pay their unpaid medical bills. This year, the Radnor nonprofit’s 12th annual Seven Summits Therapy 5K Turkey Trot and Children’s Fun Run benefits Boden Miller, a 14-year-old Devon resident who suffered a spinal cord injury in August 2019.

Restorative Yoga Workshop

Hiking, Hounds & Hot Chocolate

It’s BYOD for Hiking, Hounds & Hot Chocolate, a wintery trek through the scenic meadows of Natural Lands’ Hildacy Preserve. Bring your own dog or “rent” an adoptable dog from Providence Animal Center. Registration fee includes a Providence Animal Center knit hat, plus hot cocoa and cookies at the end of the hike.
