KOP UPDATE: James Beard-nominated chef and local food activist Scott Anderson (pictured) is bringing his seasonally inspired Mistral to the King of Prussia Mall. Mistral’s first location has seen four years of success in Princeton, N.J. Ryland Inn alum Craig Polignano will be in the kitchen, creating dishes sourced from Montgomery County farms and butchers.
BEER + FOOD = FUN: On Jan. 28, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant hosts its annual Belgium Comes to West Chester event, featuring tap offerings from all 12 locations. Other local and international brewers will also be on-site, and special menu items will be served. And this year’s Taste of Phoenixville happens Jan. 17 at the Phoenixville Foundry. The fundraiser benefits Good Samaritan Shelter. Tickets start at $100.
