The Latest Tasting Classes on the Main Line

Save these dates for Table Tour with Bella Oliva 2016 tasting classes.

Katy O’Gara, founder of the progressive dining experience Table Tours, has been putting on pop-up dinners at Havertown’s Kettle this winter. Now she is setting up shop at Wayne’s Bella Oliva’s Olive Oil and Vinegar Taproom for a series of tasting classes featuring their products. Classes are $34.95 each or two for $65, and include a complimentary adult beverage. All of the classes start at 6:30 p.m.

The menu will include spinach artichoke dip with Mushroom Sage-Infused EVOO, baked potato soup with Cilantro & Roasted Onion EVOO, pulled pork with Honey-Ginger Balsamic and blueberry-vanilla applesauce with poundcake and Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic-infused whipped cream.

Vegetarian Valentine’s Day, February 10

Indulge in a menu of lentil pâté with Thyme EVOO, blistered shishito peppers with Neapolitan Balsamic, beet-infused couscous with seared tofu and pistachio pesto and Il Molto Denissimo and Blood Orange EVOO molten chocolate cakes.

Spring Fever, March 9

Spring-inspired dishes will include pea crostini with Lemon EVOO & Lemongrass-Mint White Balsamic, Milanese Gremolata EVOO-marinated lamb, green beans almandine with Roasted Almond Oil and Roasted Walnut EVOO-infused apple honey cake.

Mangia on truffled EVOO white bean crostini; salad with gorgonzola, apples, & Bella Oliva’s “Perfect Pairing” Vinaigrette; risotto primavera with Tuscan Herb EVOO; and Strawberry Balsamic tiramisu.

Mother’s Day Brunch, May 4

Treat Mom to sweet potato & Rosemary EVOO haystacks, Lemon EVOO pancakes with Blueberry Balsamic compote, silky scrambled eggs with Herbs de Provence Olive Oil and Maple Balsamic glazed bacon.

Father’s Day Grilling, June 8

A menu with dads in mind will include grilled Chipotle & Dark Chocolate Balsamic-marinated flank steak sliders, Cherry Balsamic grilled chicken, grilled vegetables with Il Molto Denissimo & Basil EVOO and Espresso Balsamic whoopie pies with Dark Chocolate Balsamic cream filling.
