The Best Workout 2013: Barre Focus Fitness


Maybe it’s the traditional ballet apparatus that makes the classes here seem a bit too cushy for the uninitiated. We challenge those folks to experience this hour-long, full-body workout, which combines the barre with traditional yoga and Pilates techniques — finished off with deep stretching.
