Formerly known as Taqueria Bianca, this West Chester food truck, recently changed hands—and with new owners has come a fresh menu and more consistent hours. Not to worry, though: Taqueria Sarita is still the real deal, offering tacos, tamales, tortas and more. Many items are prepared with homemade tortillas.
