Celebrate summer with tastes that highlight the harvest at Wayne’s The Silverspoon. Chef Tim Courtney has created an updated Summer Classics tasting menu showcasing a bounty of fresh produce, meats and cheeses sourced from local purveyors.
This special six-course menu will be offered on select Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (July 14–16 and July 21–23) this month.
The tasting includes additions like refreshing watermelon served with feta, balsamic and mint; tomato gazpacho; PEI mussels, Rhode Island clams, chorizo and roasted corn; BBQ spare ribs with jicama slaw and grilled steak salad with bleu cheese, arugula and balsamic. Finish up your taste of summer with fresh seasonal strawberries and whipped cream piled between layers of a classic vanilla cake biscuit.
The Summer Classics tasting menu is $50 per person. The à la carte menu is also available.
