Take a Bite Out of The Farmhouse Bistro’s Goat Cheese Tart

With the utmost respect for classic French cuisine, chef Joe Maguire constructs a Provence-inspired tart, smeared with Humboldt Fog goat cheese (his favorite) and crowned with terrifically ripe heirloom tomatoes. Caramelized shallots and fresh rosemary balance the acidity and earthiness. Local baby greens tossed in sherry-chive vinaigrette are the perfect counterpart.
