In 1995, Sly Fox Brewing Company poured its first beer from a modest brew house and pub in Phoenixville. Twenty years later, the brewery is still crafting critically acclaimed, classically styled beers.
The family-owned operation has seen many changes over its two decades, but the one constant has been the desire to produce high-quality beer. Also known for its popular series of outdoor events like the Can-Jam Festival and annual Goat Race, this is a brewery that knows how to celebrate.

From Dec. 11 through the 13, both the Tastin’ Room (331 Circle of Progress Drive, Pottstown) and the Brewhouse & Eatery (520 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville) will host celebratory events. The weekend bash kicks off with a party, followed by a beer brunch—a three course meal for $30 a person, with only 50 tickets available—and a “throwback night” featuring a retro growler special and a pig roast.
The brewery has also created a limited-release beer to commemorate the occasion. Sly Fox 20 is a dry-hopped, Belgian-style golden ale and will be released in 750-milliliter bottles.
