September has seen quite a few changes in the Main Line’s culinary scene. Chip Roman’s popular Chestnut Hill eatery, Mica, has changed hands. After a brief closing, it is now under the ownership of Yianni Arhontoulis, former chef at Roman’s Blackfish in Conshohocken. The restaurant, which will retain its name, reopened on Sept. 13. One major change, though, is that the eatery will now be a BYOB. Check out the reopening menu on Mica’s Facebook page. 8609 Germantown Ave., Chestnut Hill.

Things are heating up in the King of Prussia Town Center. Naf Naf Grill joins the already opened Fogo de Chão and b.good. Naf Naf is a Middle Eastern-style fast-casual restaurant serving pita sandwiches, shawarma, falafel, basmati rice bowls and more. In early 2017, a Naf Naf will also open in Malvern. 100 Main St., King of Prussia.

Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, also located in King of Prussia Town Center, will open on Sept. 30. The approachable menu features freshly prepared guacamole, slow-roasted and grilled meats, fresh seafood and homemade salsas. The rhythm of Latin music sets the tone at the rum bar, offering fresh-muddled mojitos, over 75 selections of rum and an approachable and exciting wine list. 250 Main St., King of Prussia.

The highly anticipated opening of the second location of Sbraga Dining’s award-winning Southern comfort gem Fat Ham King of Prussia is finally open, as of Sept. 19. Located in Savor, a connector inside the mall, the Fat Ham King of Prussia boasts a chef-driven menu, inventive interpretations of Southern comfort dishes and a specialized beverage program. The highly coveted hot chicken is on the menu, along with other favorites like shrimp and grits, pulled pork sandwiches and baked macaroni and cheese topped with a Ritz cracker crumble. 350 Mall Blvd., King of Prussia.

Rapidough in West Chester has closed its doors. The restaurant had a streamlined iPad ordering system and was known for its hand-crafted pizzas, calzones and salads made with locally sourced ingredients. A Collegeville location had previously closed, too. Owners Nick and Tom Farrell will keep busy with their other restaurants, Kennett Square’s Sovana Bistro and Classic Diner in Malvern and West Chester. The Rapidough space in West Chester will be used by Farrell Brothers Catering as a venue space for private events, dinners and special parties.
