It’s about time you found your way to Center City to sample the latest farm-to-table doings from Talula’s Table owner Aimee Olexy. The aptly named Talula’s Garden is a collaboration between Olexy and high-profile Philly restaurateur Stephen Starr. Chip Roman’s latest project, Mica, is drawing Main Liners to Chestnut Hill for its creative American cuisine with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients. I hear that a liquor license isn’t far behind. And The Farmer’s Daughter has replaced Coleman Restaurant at Normandy Farm in Blue Bell.

Pub Grub

The owners of McKenzie Brew House have targeted the old Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse off Swedesford Road in Berwyn for a third location. Look for a September opening. A third Great American Pub is up and running in Paoli, replacing Casey’s.

Hoagies and … Yogurt?

There’s nothing quite like Sarcone’s crusty Italian bread—or their hoagies. The family-owned South Philly bakery and deli has just opened a location on Market Street in West Chester. And at the new Yogo Sano on West Avenue in Wayne, all the frozen yogurt is organic, gluten free, and loaded with vitamin D, probiotics and calcium.
