For a decidedly more adult beverage, add 1 ounce of Ayala’s sparkling ginger lemon peel to 3 ounces of white wine to create a fizzy wine spritzer. Or, for a revved-up mojito, combine 1¼ ounces of rum, 2 ounces of sparkling lemongrass mint vanilla water, ½ ounce of lime juice, a teaspoon of sugar and muddled mint leaves, then shake and pour over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
