Personal style: Classic, with a twist of trendsetter.

The inspiration behind No. 109: For 10 years, I stayed home and raised my kids. One day, I was walking around in Kennett Square and I looked in the door of this store that I’m currently in and the whole thing just appeared in front of my eyes.

How her style has evolved: My style has gotten more realistic. Back then, a blazer or a suit was a common thing to wear to work—most people dressed that way. My buying and personal style is more relaxed and realistic at this point.

Favorite item in her closet: Cowboy boots. They have sentimental value from past trips out West, but I just think they’re badass.

Every woman needs: A good pair of black leather pants. They come in all shapes and sizes—there’s a black leather pant out there for everyone.

Go-to casual outfit: A pair of Golden Goose sneakers, blue jeans and a white T-shirt.

Go-to date night outfit: All black, whether it’s a pant suit or a dress—and wowing with the jewelry.

Her best fashion advice: Buy less and buy quality, rather than buy a whole bunch of things that aren’t as well made.

Online vs. in-store shopping: Nothing beats being in the store. There are very few women who know exactly what’s going to fit and how every designer manufactures their [garments]. With every designer, sizing is so different.
