I’d always really been into fashion and sharing things on social media. I was trying to be creative and put things out there for people, whether it was an outfit or a beauty routine. In April of last year, I launched my blog not knowing anything about what blogging was or how to create a website—and I ran with it. I talk about everything from kitchen organization to nail inspiration to beauty tips.
I’d describe my style as simple, chic and trendy. I don’t wear excessive amounts of jewelry or accessories, but I do love to embrace new and different trends.
I love to online shop. Influencers also play a huge part in what I wear. I’ll have something like overalls and style it with a simple T-shirt and sneakers, but I’ll look at influencers to find new ways to style the staples.
Showpo, Nordstrom, ASOS and Forever 21. For beauty, I’m an avid Ulta girl. For home décor, I love Wayfair and Target.
My hat collection and this gold ring with a little star on it that was my grandmother’s.
Shoes and mascara. I use IT Cosmetics Superhero and the Lancôme lash primer, and I won’t compromise that.
Solid-color bodysuits, a really great hat to accessorize with, and some kind of functional but trendy clutch.
Joggers or a pair of leggings with sneakers, a V-neck and a cardigan.
Skinny jeans, a bodysuit and simple gold hoops. Or a statement piece like a jumpsuit with a pump or an espadrille.
No matter what style or trend is out there, don’t be afraid to embrace it. If I see something I love and I want to rock it, I do. If you’re loving a trend that isn’t really out there yet or you think people aren’t going to like, just go for it.
