» Book on his nightstand: I’ve read a lot of books, but I really remember Who Moved My Cheese? It’s very applicable to today’s real estate environment.

» Musical artist on repeat: Sade.

» Restaurant of the hour: I love A La Maison Bistro in Ardmore. It’s a French bistro, a BYOB and nice casual place to have a good meal.

» Personal heroes: It would have to be my parents—especially because of the values they’ve instilled in me to help me get to where I am.

» One thing he knows for sure: With enough drive and determination, you can do absolutely anything.

» Very own vici: My family. With my children, it’s been an ongoing learning experience for them and for me. It’s always evolving, and there’s never anything that stays the same. We’re always in a changing situation.

» Zen destination: The Jersey Shore, around Ventnor between Margate and Atlantic City.

» If he had an extra hour each day, he would: Spend time with my family.

» Life view: chance or fate? I would put chance and fate in the same category. I believe you can make your own fate.

» Pet peeve: The lack of investigation when any homeowner is selecting an agent. Very little is taken into account when it comes to the ability to get the job done and someone’s education in their field.

» Most marked characteristics: Commitment and determination.

» Qualities he admires most in others: Compassion, generosity and a willingness to help others without any compensation—just to do something out of the kindness of one’s heart.

» Mantra: I can do it.
