Her style: Timeless and classic, with one accessory that tells a story. “I don’t let accessories clutter my outfits. One or two is all you need.”

Go-to casual outfit for fall: Wool leggings with my chocolate-brown riding boots and a cashmere cable-knit sweater. “I’d accessorize it with a jean snakeskin doctor bag and Italian lapis earrings.”

Favorite designers: Catherine Malandrino, Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan. “Joe’s are my jeans staple.”

Her splurge: Cocktail attire. “I own an Oscar de la Renta cocktail dress inspired by Carrie Bradshaw.”

Family ties: “My husband is from the Main Line, and I’ve fallen in love with the people and the young energy of the community. I’m from Manhasset, Long Island. It’s a very preppy, classic town. I see a lot of Manhasset on the Main Line. It’s a homey feeling for me.”

Royal aspirations: “Kate Middleton is the style icon for Menagerie. She’s made it so that it’s OK to re-wear an outfit—all you need to do is change your accessories.”

Things that sparkle and shine: “I’ve been a jewelry designer for the past five years. My work has semiprecious stones, but it’s versatile; you can wear it with jeans and boots, or a little black dress. Most people have a shoe closet; I have a jewelry closet.”
