Personal style: Funky casual. I do not own many evening clothes, but I can take my casual wear and add a new lipstick, a scarf or jewelry, and give it a dressed-up funky evening look.
Favorite designers: Michael Kors, because his clothes are soft to the touch, wear well, go from casual to evening, and have a nice array of colors. Another favorite is Tracy Reese. Some of her patterns are bold, and others do not match at all—I love patterns that don’t match. Finally, local designer Paula Hian. Her designs are very classy, with a splash of flirt. She takes the traditional two-piece suit and makes it into a work of art.
She’s a: Clotheshorse, but I try not to be. If I purchase a new piece of clothing, I take a piece of clothing out of the closet and add to the giveaway bag.
Style icons: Solange Knowles, Halle Berry and Nicole Kidman.
Go-to casual outfit for a Saturday: I’m usually wearing a crisp, white button-down shirt and jeans.
Go-to outfit for a Saturday night: Anything off the shoulder.
Favorite item in her closet: A Michael Kors dress that has mismatched patterns. I like to wear it backwards and as a shirt.
Item in her closet that gets the most wear: My Banana Republic jeans.
Dream item: A Céline purse.
Most recent addition to her closet: A beautiful black dress by Calypso St. Barth.
Favorite shop on the Main Line: Greene Street. I’ve gotten several designer pieces there.
