Favorite spring trends: Yellow. I love the way I feel in the color—it’s become somewhat of a staple for me.
Favorite item in her closet: My black Calvin Klein trench coat. It’s versatile, comfortable, yet chic. I’ve had it for several years, and it still feels like new.
Item with the most sentimental value: Scarves. I buy them on my travels, and I tend to wrap myself in them as I meditate and teach. Each hold sentimental value, and my favorite is a bold, colorful one I bought in Peru.
Every woman needs: Anything that makes you feel incredibly sexy. That will always be different for each of us, but it’s the feeling that matters most. For me, it’s a black, midi-tank dress.
Go-to casual outfit: Comfy jeans, a gray T-shirt and Havianas.
Go-to date-night outfit: A black bodysuit, my favorite dark-wash jeans, bold gold accessories, black strappy heels and Chanel glossimer on my lips.
