Favorite designers: Ralph Lauren, Theory, Vince. 

She’s an: “Accessories person, for sure. The boutique I own with my mother, Barbara Ellick, is a tiny jewel box with cutting-edge style. I love accessories because they completely change your outfit from ordinary to exciting.”

Favorite local boutiques: First Impressions in Lafayette Hill, Latrice in Bryn Mawr, Lululemon in Wayne (coming soon to Ardmore, too). 

Style icon: “I’ve always been inspired by my mother. When I was growing up, she always took me to New York on her buying trips. She taught me the appreciation of different eras of jewelry, and to always be an individual in my style.”

Favorite fashion blogs: Goop by Gwyneth Paltrow, Beblushing by Gail Slogoff. 

Favorite thing in her closet: “My necklace wall. That way, I can see everything and grab and go. It’s so much easier to put ideas together.”

Go-to casual outfit for a Saturday out: “Clean, classic pieces are my go-to—a blazer, a great top, jeans and boots. With those pieces, you can always layer necklaces or have great earrings. A scarf always completes an outfit.”

Go-to outfit for a Saturday night in the city: “Jeans, leather jacket, and high boots. My favorite jeans are by Mother. They’re soft, comfy and never stretch out—very flattering.” 

Favorite splurge: “Cashmere sweaters—especially ones by Magaschoni and Minnie Rose.”
