Whether you’re jumping on the bandwagon or a lifelong fan, chances are you’re more than a little excited about Philadelphia sports this fall. Our hometown Philadelphia Eagles have followed up their 2022 NFC title campaign with a 3-0 start to the 2023 season, while the reigning National League champion Philadelphia Phillies punched their ticket back to postseason on Tuesday. Eagles and Phillies merch make up the hottest items in town right now with Philadelphia sports fever reaching a boiling point.
So where’s the best place to get gear to support your favorite teams? We’re here to help you out.
NFLShop and MLBShop
Both the NFLShop and MLBShop run by Fanatics are the most straightforward ways to get official team gear. However, adult-sized jerseys for either team will run you upwards of $100 for even the most budget-friendly options. If you want an official jersey, this is the place to get it, but if you’re looking for more personalized gear, or items made by local craftspeople, there are better options elsewhere.
Etsy Merchandise
For a much wider array of merch, and at far cheaper prices, it’s hard to go wrong with Etsy. This cute crewneck runs for only $40 and features the tagline of the Phillies playoff victory song, Tiesto’s Remix of “Dancing on my Own” by Calum Scott.

Since Phillies fireballing reliever José Alvarado started spinning bead necklaces in August, nearly every Phillies player has been spotted rocking the most exlusive team bling. Etsy seller WillmaCreations2023 offers you the chance to join the Phillies trend and get a set of your own beads to match Bryce Harper and Alvarado.

Just like everybody else, the Phillies jumped on the Barbie bandwagon this summer and honored slugger Kyle Schwarber with “Schwarbie” t-shirts. You can get the official shirts from creators City Pigeons or via Esty right here.

Princess Diana probably wasn’t an Eagles fan, but she did love her Eagles gear and was photographed wearing that famous varsity jacket on several occasions. Now you can get your own Princess Di replica jacket on Etsy here. Support the Birds and look great while doing it.
The Wide World of Amazon
You can get just about anything on Amazon. From jerseys to ballcaps and merchandise in every flavor, if you can dream it, you’ll probably find it here. Some of our favorites are these Phillies-branded golf club head covers, perfect for getting in some fall strokes.

This Eagles candle from CE Craft is a great way to refresh your TV room after an afternoon or evening of adrenaline-filled football watching. With an iced vanilla woods scent, your house might smell even better than before.
A Phillies-themed tumbler is a great way to support our team while keeping your coffee or tea hot on the way to work. Or catch the last gasp of grill season with this Eagles-themed barbecue set.
In-Person Shopping
There are a host of great stores where you can get your Philadelphia sports fix around the Main Line. For those not looking to travel too far off the beaten path there’s Rally House, with locations in Exton, Glen Mills, Manayunk and Ardmore. Here you can find gear for pretty much any Philadelphia-based team, from college to pro. For only $20 you can wear Bryce Harper’s iconic Phanatic headband.
If you’re willing to cross the river into Philadelphia-proper, Chestnut Hill Sports is a quaint locally-owned shop with plenty of team gear, and athletic wear too. Deeper into the city, Mitchell and Ness on Walnut is the classic one-shop stop for any team gear you can imagine, but the golden egg of Philadelphia sports apparel is Shibe Vintage Sports, just a few blocks away.
Owned and operated by Philadelphians, Shibe Vintage sports has genuinely unique apparel. Their outlet is decked out in memorabilia from Philadelphia’s rich sports history like seats from Veterans Stadium and The Spectrum.
