Perfect Pairings: Winter Food and Beer

The four-course dinner will feature Sterling Pig specially brewed beers and a talk about the historic General Warren Inne.

Winter might not seem like the ideal time to visit a beer garden, but Malvern’s General Warren Inne is teaming up with Media’s Sterling Pig Brewery for a winter garden beer and food pairing on Jan. 22 that just might change your mind.

The evening will start off at 6 p.m. on General Warren Inne’s heated Springhouse Terrace patio for exotic charcuterie hors d’oeuvres from Alchemy Sausage Works. There will be a meet-and-greet with Sterling Pig brewer Brian McConnell and chefs Jonathan Fahey and Joshua Smith.
